The Details
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan from biodynamically cultivated 30-60 year-old vines in the Languedoc. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and spontaneously ferment with the skins for a very short period of time before pressing to barrique for aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
