The Details

Following on from the way he has approached the 19/20 and Pas De Nouvelles in previous vintages, this new is a new label for what has become a wine we look forward to every year. A blend of Grenache Noir, Gris & Cinsault for around 6 days whole bunch, which is then pressed and aged in tank.
