The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Trousseau from the Les Combes parcel and the wine (and label) are an homage to a cartoonist friend of theirs named Gabi who suddenly passed away a few years ago. Destemmed, typical 3-week maceration and short élevage in cuve. This has big joyous fruit to it and a slight spicy/earthy edge true to the variety. Delicious!
