The Details
This is a juicy, warm red from Ugo Lestelle who works nine hectares of vines Saint-Chinian, located in Langeudoc-Rousillon (France).
Tasting Notes: Slightly hot from the ABV, this is a super unique and lightweight carbo-grenache whose bouquet carries some slight dark chocolate and cinnamon notes into the juicy palate with the typical carbo watermark of easy-drinking flat-out deliciousness.
Vinification: 100% Grenache, full carbonic maceration and aged for 8 months in neutral barrels. The Grenache is hand-harvested from old vines amidst a sea of garrigue. Unfined, Unfiltered. Minimal SO2. 13.5% alcohol
