The Details

50/50 Pinots Gris/Noire from organically cultivated vines averaging 20 years-old planted to the clay/limestone soils outside Dorlisheim in the north of Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously co-ferment in stainless steel prior to élevage for 10 months also in steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
