The Details

From Pete Bloomberg aka Llewelyn this is a kitchen sink rosé of directly pressed Carignane that co-fermented with directly pressed Pinot Blanc and the skins of Sauvignon Blanc. Anderson Valley for the white grapes and Tehama County near the volcanic Mt. Lassen for the Carignane.  Mostly barrel aged, a very small percentage of the wine aged in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. A bit sauvage and beautiful, tiny bit of residual sugar and acidity that washes it clean.
