100% young-vine Syrah from vines in Ampuis and Chasse-sur-Rhône that are biodynamically cultivated on granitic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerated. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
