About the wine

Willamette Valley, Oregon. Pinot Gris, Riesling & Schönburger. The Pinot Gris and Schönburger were fermented on the skins and pressed to neutral French oak, while the Riesling was direct pressed, fermented and aged in neutral French oak. The batches were blended and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
