The Details
100% Barbera from young-vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and lightly crushed/macerate for 6-7 hours in cement tank. Aged thereafter for 16 months in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal SO2 at crush.
