50% Malvasia di Candia, 20% Ortrugo, 20% Trebbiano, 10% Moscato from 30-40 year-old in Colli Piacentini, Emilia-Romagna. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 5 days on the skins prior to pressing to stainless steel tank. Spontaneous fermentation. Unfined, coarsely filtered, & minimal added SO2 at crush. 13%ABV
