The Details

100% Sauvignon Blanc from 40+ year-old vines planted on Styrian Opok soils (rocky clay and silt over chalky marl subsoil). Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and gently pressed into used oak barrels for 20 months of aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur. 13% ABV.
