The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Gamay from the Auvergne's Orcet, courtesy of natural wine bona fides Marie & Vincent Tricot. The grapes are hand-harvested from limestone-volcanic soils and macerate for a short period of time prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass. The wine is then racked to neutral oak barrel for élevage prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
Broader and denser than previous vintages, the wine still remains light-bodied but hems a bit darker fruited and earthier. Let the wine breathe and it will reward your patience!
