The Details

100% Pinot Noir from the Auvergne. Beautifully intense perfume of cherry, violets and earth. The palate is alive with tingling acidity, red fruits and deep minerality.

Limestone, clay, and basalt soils. Mostly destemmed and fermented in barrique with indigenous yeasts, with a part carbonically macerated. 12 months in wooden casks. Zero SO2.
