The Details

Classic Czech co-ferment style whose name means 'ginger,' this is Moravian Muscat and Saint Laurent co-fermented/macerated for 10 days whole-cluster in open-top wooden fermenters before pressing. Aged for about a year in amphora before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
