The Details

Absolutely stunning Pinot from our friends Martin & Alanna at Marto. The best vintage of the (already great) wine we've tasted, this is the first year they've not co-fermented a bit of Pinot Gris into the 'Pinot' blend. 100% Pinot Noir, 1/3 destemmed, 2/3 whole-bunch spontaneously fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
