The Details
100% Nerello Mascalese from a 0.5 hectare vineyard of 75 year-old vines from high elevation on the northern face of Mt. Etna. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for several weeks prior to pressing, spontaneous fermentation and élevage for 1 year in 500L neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
"Inquieto" is the testimony of the efforts made in its production of a few hundred bottles.
