1 BTL / CUSTOMER MAX From Rivesaltes in the Roussillon, this is 100% biodynamically cultivated Merlot from 30 year-old vines on heavy clay soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 3-4 days prior to pressing. Aging in concrete (80%) and wood (20%). Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
