The Details

MAX 1 BTL / CUSTOMER 70 year-old Macabeu vineyard, biodynamically cultivated in Espira-de-l'Agly. Grapes are hand-harvested in two passes and macerate/are vinified separately before blending. Early pick gets 4 days on the skins, later pick gets 5 days. All in tank. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5% ABV
