From the "Alexandria" vineyard, this is 100% Muscat d'Alexandria grown on 60 year-old vines planted in red schistous soils. The grapes see a 3-week, whole-cluster maceration (with no extraction (infusion)). Racked and pressed into 2500L foudre for a short maturation. Zero/zero. 11.5%ABV
