Brutal!!! Syrah and Muscat à Petits Grains from 30 year-old vines grown in marl soils. Whole-cluster four day maceration prior to pressing and a single racking, co-fermentation in fiberglass before a short maturation in the same vessel. Zero/zero. 10.5%ABV
