100% parcellaire Lledoner Pelut from biodynamically farmed 40 year-old vines on red schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster macerate for 4 days in fiberglass prior to pressing and racking to demi-muid for 6 months aging before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
