Tom's top red wine, and the only one that isn't a parcellaire or named for a single parcel.
Carignan, Grenache Gris, and 10% of the cépage is a field blend of white varieties. All the vines are ~110 years-old and grown in a variety of marl-dominant soils. The grapes see a whole-cluster, 4-day maceration in fiberglass prior to pressing, a single racking, and fermenting / undergoing a short élevage in demi-muid. Zero/zero. 11.5%ABV
