The Details
The wine formerly known as Brutal Rouge. This is composed of Syrah & Muscat Petits Grains hand-harvested from 30 year-old vines. Grapes whole-cluster co-macerate for 4 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous co-fermentation is followed by pressing and racking to fiberglass for aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
