100% old-vine (80+ years-old) Chenin Blanc from Vouvray - a blend of parcels here. Directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in a combination of steel and neutral wood. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 (depending on the vintage, there is <15ppm added at débourbage, otherwise everything is 0/0).
