The Details

From Domaine Mont de Marie aka Thierry Forestier, this is old-vine Grenache and Cinsault biodynamically cultivated in the Gard on limestone/clay soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for an extended period of time before aging for ~9 months year in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
