The Details

100% Primitivo from organically cultivated very old (80+ year-old) vines in the deep clayey soils of Salento, Southern Puglia. Grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously ferment and age (to order - this was 18 months aging) in concrete before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
