The Details

70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero from biodynamically cultivated vines in Lombardia (Franciacorta). Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously co-ferment and age in a combination of neutral barrel and stainless steel for 40 months before disgorging and bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
