The first ever release of Macvin from Nicolas Jacob, the base is the best distillate produced at the estate (2016 marc du Jura) which he blended with must from the 2020 vintage. Aged for 3 more years in barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 17%ABV
