1 BTL OF JACOB OVERALL / CUSTOMER
100% Poulsard from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Chazaux vineyard. Vines are 33-43 year-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and spontaneously ferment without punchdowns or pumpovers in demi-muids prior to aging 8 months also in demi-muid. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
