The Details

Biodynamically cultivated white from the southwest corridor of the Tarn department on the border with the Aveyron, this is a classic southwestern French white composed of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Mauzac Rose, 25% Loin d'Œil. Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2. 13.5% ABV
