95% Macabeu, 5% Muscat that sees a short maceration prior to pressing and blending with the directly-pressed Macabeu juice. The juice spontaneously ferments and is bottled prior to the completion of alcoholic fermentation a la ancestral method. Bubbly sunshine. Zero/zero. 10%ABV
