About the wine

MAGNUM CHAMPAGNE!!!

100% Pinot Noir biodynamically farmed in the En Barmont vineyard of Riceys. The grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate for 4 days prior to spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and élevage in neutral oak barrels. The wine ages further sur lattes prior to eventual bottling unfined, unfiltered, no dosage, minimal added SO2. Always a vintage wine, it ages further in bottle prior to release. The fingerprint wine of the domaine's project.
