About the wine
Syrah and Cinsault. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented whole bunches in stainless for two weeks. The Cinsault is pressed after that time and put back into steel tanks to finish fermentation while the Syrah is transferred to neutral oak barrels to finish. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
