Only 196 bottles made. This is 100% pressed juice of biodynamically farmed Merlot in St. Émilion. Grapes are hand-harvested, hand-dstemmed and pressed. SPontaneous fermentation in an old oak foudre prior to maturation in just 3 demijohns for 18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
