The Details
An old-vine Sardinian field blend from the mystical Panevino project. hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented in open-top wood vat prior to racking to neutral barrel where the wine ages for 12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 15% ABV.
