An aromatic adventure. 100% Black Muscat of Tyrnavos, fermented dry. 16 days of skin contact, with fermentation in stainless steel. A rose-dappled nose, with hints of candied citrus and barley. Blood orange parfait on the palate, with a distinctly round, yoghurt-like texture.
