Jura-inspired wine from Raj Parr in Cambria. Grapes are hand-harvested from regeneratively farmed vines, crushed and directly pressed. Spontaneous co-fermentation and aging for 12 months all in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
