Négoce Cabernet Franc from Philippe Chevarin -- organically cultivated in Anjou, the grapes were hand-harvested, trucked to his domaine, whole-cluster macerated and spontaneously fermented for 9 days in fiberglass tank prior to pressing, aging for 6 months also in fiberglass and bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
