The Details

Touraine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 30 year old vines rooted in clay and limestone. Direct press and fermented in barrels and enamel vats. Aged on the lees for 4-8 months in old barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered with just a touch of SO2.
