90% Blaufränkisch, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Altenberg, Salzberg, & Rosenberg Pittnauer vineyards in Burgenland, southeast Austria. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age in both amphora and stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
