The Details
100% old-vine Foglia Tonda (a rare ancient Tuscan variety). Biodynamically cultivated, hand-harvested, the grapes macerate for 2 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfitered, no additional SO2.
