The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Catarratto from 70 year old vines grown in the sandy soils high above the city of Monreale in northwest Sicily. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age sur lie for 6 months thereafter all in cement tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (<15ppm).
