100% Grenache from the eponymous Espartal vineyard that Laureano Serres of Mendall worked for many years prior to now passing it down to the new local talent. Short maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
