The Details
100% organically-plus (biodynamic treatments used without full adherence) cultivated Lumassina from 30-45 year-old vines in Varigotti on the Ligurian Coast. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for several months in stainless steel tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, low-to-no additional (0-15ppm) SO2 depending on the vintage.
