The Details
This is a totally singular bottling from Noel Diaz of Purity Wine who works vines at high elevations in the Sierra Foothills of Nevada County in California.
Tasting Notes: A macerated blend of Gewurtztraminer, Marsanne, and Roussanne, with so many Sunny-D vibes you'll want to watch Juno all over again.
Vinification: A blend of Gewurztraminer, Marsanne, and Roussanne grapes hand-harvested from vines grown in clay and granite soils. Spontaneous fermentation is kickstarted purely with the help of native yeasts. A short maceration for each variety, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no additional SO2.
