The Details

Ugni Blanc, Viognier, Colombard, and Bourboulenc from biodynamically cultivated vines near Pezenas in the Languedoc. Grapes are hand-harvested, all are directly pressed except for the Viognier which macerates for 10 days. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 after 1 year's élevage.
