The Details
From the iconic Natural Chilean Wine producer Roberto Henríquez who works in the Bío-Bío Valley of the southern end of Chile's winemaking country, this is 100% País from 250+ year-old vines (!) possibly the oldest in all of Chile. Grapes are hand-harvested, shortly macerated wooden lagars & spontaneously fermented prior to pressing and maturation in a combination of neutral barrel and concrete for 11 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
