100% Gamay from the Pierres Dorées in southern Beaujolais biodynamically cultivated by Romain des Grottes. Grapes are hand-harvested, semi-carbonically macerate and age for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
