The Details

This Red/White is a co-ferment of 66% Merlot and 34% Semillon grapes grown in Warner Glen. We dig the weirdness of this wine, which is distinctly a smoking lounge upfront, sensual sauna in the back. The nose is Mexico City, with fierce green pepper, masa and mole, while the palate is brambly berries and dark plum. Generous acidity and velvety tannins complimentthe textured, silky mouthfeel. No oak, fining, filtration, or SO2 at bottling.
