The Details

Sémillon is an oft-maligned Aussie variety for its waxy texture and distinctly vegetal flavors; here, Sam celebrates the unmistakable herbal and bell pepper notes bestowed by his terroir and compliments them with the tropical fruit and bright acidity of his Sauvignon Blanc. This is a salty, refreshing, but complex white with incredible length. Bottled untuned, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
